The town of Walpole, MA has a small but picturesque town forest that takes you along the banks of the Neponset River. A truly “Easy Walk,” the trail is a half mile fire road, wide, relatively flat and smooth enough for a wide-tire bike to manage. Winter isn’t always the best time for gorgeous photos, but even in colder months this spot is pretty stunning. You’ll find more details about this and many other local trails in “More Easy Walks in Massachusetts”
Be sure to “Like” us on Facebook at “Easy Walks in Massachusetts” for updates on all things outdoors, especially events that other organizations are sponsoring, safety information and more.
