An inaccessible area of swamp and woodland right next to the Franklin Police has become a spot to walk, ponder, and enjoy some startling and whimsical sculptures in the outdoors. This handicapped-accessible sculpture garden is sure to become a busy place as area residents learn of it. Here are a few photos I took this morning, even as work crews busied themselves laying the
sidewalks that will facilitate access.
