Sheridan Takes School Food Program Out Of The Red & Into The Black

When Bellingham Food Service Director Jeanne Sheridan started working in Bellingham, she was told she’d never be able to get rid of the Fry-o-laters® in the Bellingham schools. But in a recent conversation at the middle school, Sheridan proudly noted, “With the support of the School Committee, the Fry-o-laters are gone, and we were able to trade them in for a panini press. We serve panini sandwiches at the high school every day now.”
